“Because you have kept My
command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall
come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
- · Jesus promises to keep us spiritually vibrant and protected from sin as well as God’s judgment in the End-Times.
- · The hour of trial was a specific period in the first century in which persecution from the Roman Empire increased greatly on the known world as a partial application. This prophetically pointed to the Great Tribulation.
