where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to
you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place – unless you repent.

gave this church a three-step process to restore their love: remember, repent
and act.

They were to remember how they used to
feel about Jesus.
Numbers 15:40 that you may
remember and do all My commandments, and be holy for your God
Deuteronomy 8:18 And you shall
remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth,
that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is
this day.
