“Nevertheless I have this
against you, that you have left your first love.

They put labor and growing their
ministry reaching into all Asia before cultivating a heart of love for Jesus.
The first and great commandment is to love God with all our heart.

Service and doctrinal purity are very
important but they can never replace our love for Jesus.
Jeremiah 2:2 “Go and cry in the
hearing of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD: “I remember you, the kindness of your youth,
the love of your betrothal, when you went after Me in the wilderness, in a land
not sown.
