Then a
voice came from the throne, saying, ‘Praise our God, all you His servants and
those who fear Him, both small and great!”
- · This voice from the throne of God might be Jesus, but more likely it is the voice of one of the angels that serve at the throne of God. (DG)

Psalm 115:13 He will bless those who fear the LORD, both
