There shall be no night there: they need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.
· Heaven will be a place where the darkness of this age will be forever gone. (DG)
· The light is not artificial, even from the sun - God Himself is the light. (DG)
Psalm 36:9 For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.
Isaiah 24:23 then the moon will be disgraced and the sun ashamed; for the LORD of hosts will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem.
