Revelation 13:11

 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.

·        The form and shape of the second beast (MH)

·        Despite his lamb-like appearance, the message of the second beast is the same as the message of the first beast. (DG)
