These have power to shut heaven, so
that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over
waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as
often as they desire.
Exodus 7:19-20 ….And
all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.
John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave
power to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
