Revelation 22:10

And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand.

• ·        Do not seal the words of this prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand: Because the time is at hand, and history now runs parallel to the brink of the consummation of all things, this book isn't sealed.  (DG)

• ·         This is in contrast to Old Testament prophecy (Daniel 8:26); men seal the Book of Revelation in defiance of God's command.  (DG)

Daniel 8:26  And the vision of the evenings and mornings which was told is true; therefore seal up the vision, for it refers to many days in the future.

Ezekiel 3:27  But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD.’  He who hears, let him hear; and he who refuses, let him refuse; for they are a rebellious house.
