“Nevertheless I have this
against you, that you have left your first love.
- · They put labor and growing their ministry reaching into all Asia before cultivating a heart of love for Jesus. The first and great commandment is to love God with all our heart.
- · Service and doctrinal purity are very important but they can never replace our love for Jesus.
Jeremiah 2:2 “Go and cry in the
hearing of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD: “I remember you, the kindness of your youth,
the love of your betrothal, when you went after Me in the wilderness, in a land
not sown.
